Manager, Key Account Management

Job Responsibility:

• Strong understanding of all aspects of the core business, including operations and system technical
• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
• Strategic planning to improve client results doing data reporting
• Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in generating reports and participating in monitoring parcel aging reports
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements, share insights, and contribute to projects
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timeline
• Analyzing client and internal data to provide accurate feedback for better client relationship management
• Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making for key accounts within the organization

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing analytics role
