Manager Line Control

Manages production schedules based on product structure , equipment efficiency , material supply , resource availability and volume requirement to meet the demand with optimize quantity and quality.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Coordinate Package/Line CLIP performance through Improvement Projects.
• Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance .
• Lead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.
• Define number of equipment and resource required base on Line/Package Demand.
• Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material Consumption.
• Lead PR improvement team in bottleneck processes.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering , Business Admin.
• Have background in Planning Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object , Cerberus) in order to derive and analys planning data.
• Have background in EXCEL , Powerpoint in order to establish daily , weekly and monthly Operation and key KPI report.
• Have background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet Line/Package performance.
• Have some background in Industrial Planning as need to know on equipment UPH and managing of bottleneck process.
• Cost background as need to drive Direct / Indirect Material Cost.
