Manager Operations Planning and Controlling

Understand the details of oneSAP Production Scheduling (PS) and Detailed Scheduling (DS) to ensure stabilization for operations.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Collaborate and drive cross-functional teams to confirm weekly production capacity and demand, ensuring alignment and optimization of capacities across our cluster.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce WIP, and improve cycle times.
• Create and document standardized planning processes and work methods, driving projects to standardize planning procedures across our organization.
• Provide expert consultation and support during monthly and quarterly capacity confirmation processes, partnering with BE Sites and Business Divisions
• Manage relevant reports and stability indicators, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize your knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems) to streamline planning processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Requires excellent coordination and communication skills in a high complexity environment to drive planning topics across various functions within Infineon Supply Chain.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Manufacturing Engineering / Economics / Industrial Engineering / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge in planning for manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools.
• Knowledge in Production Planning.
• Knowledge in MRP systems and IT Tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to anticipate issues, challenges as well as resolving them quickly.
• Strong behavior to strive for excellence and excellent attitude to team up for best results.
