Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of vendor managers, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day partner delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Manage escalations, service disruptions, and issue resolution with agility and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and governance meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technical teams to align partner execution with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the partner ecosystem.
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and audit readiness for all partner activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in vendor or partner management, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing service delivery operations across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI frameworks, compliance, and governance models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with partner delivery models (e.g., Partner Sold, Partner Delivered) is a plus.
- Candidates from product companies preferred.
