Job Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition and Data Strategy

• Responsible for the overall Data strategy;
• Work closely with the BIAU and GOT IT team at Hong Leong Bank to set up and acquire data sets;
• Build and manage all data pertaining to PFS Digital and Deposits, both with respect to scale and consumption, using open source big data technologies like Hadoop;
• Liaise closely with various businesses and functions in establishing the best practices and lead data related solutioning discussions;
• Undertake rigorous analyses of business problems on structured and unstructured data with advanced quantitative techniques.

Data Analytics and Analysis for Digital Journeys

• Establish processes to collect and analyze internal data related to product journeys, features and digital product offerings to derive insights;
• Develop data-backed strategies and support the Ux, Ui and IT teams in executing the strategies;
• Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress;
• Be the sounding board that can spot dangers and pitfalls down-the-road by analyzing trends and taking a critical view of existing business strategy;
• To maintain tagging on Adobe Analytics of key digital launches and/or feature launches and optimized journeys.

• Malaysian Citizen
• Degree in statistics, economics, behavioral or social science, or related quantitative or qualitative fields is preferred.
• Working knowledge of quantitative data analyses, usability testing, eye tracking, card sorting, survey evaluation, A/B and multivariate testing and heuristic evaluations.
