Manager Product and Test Engineering

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• In depth analysis of product (Design/FE), assembly and test related issue, drive / feedback to relevant party for continuous improvement, need to be familiar with the data analysis tools and grasp certain kind of deep analysis to reflect actual production performance.
• Drive / coordinate improvement activities bet. FE/Assy/Test/Customer, need to have certain kind of knowledge for FE fab/assembly process and master in test area. And could dig out the potential root cause bet FE/Assy and testing area if encountered some issues during production.
• Hold lot release and deviation management, ensure shipped product comply to specification.
• Be part of New Product Ramp team and manages safe launch
• drive new sub con enabling (technical & Supply Chain & IT)
• Assess and implement product changes/transfers including trainings to the subcon Eng.
• Support test related topic in PCRB, project milestones
• Co-work with other stakeholders (planning/quality/subcons/etc) closely to ensure the product health meeting IFX requirement in terms of yield/quality/cycle time/delivery/etc
• Manages test related documentation
• Reviews and Updates Control Plan and test procedures to align to IFX requirements
• Test Procedures and Specs, Product Change Notices (PCN), Eng Change Notices (ECN) , Quality Systems
• Test Data transfer from subcon to EBS
• Take the full ownership for technical capability assessments in test area
• Keep track of testing capability in terms of process, test equipment portfolio
• Independently handle FAR activities including analysis of root cause and improvement action in subcon
• Engage and contribute to IFX design/change reviews and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new products.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic/ Mechatronic, Physics or related Engineering background.
• 5 years+ working experience in Engineering and semiconductor background.
• Good at data analysis tools to do real time production data analysis to come out production performance and commonality result.
• Good understanding of Front End/Assembly process to cater for production issue root cause identification
• Final Test Equipment, Process and Methodology experience/know-how
• Knowledge and experience on Test Systems and programs (Visual ATE,UNIX,C++ , SAP)
• Excellent knowledge of various functional interfaces.
• Interfaces with PE, TDE, Production Logistic & Planning, Quality Management and Subcons.
• Experience in Program Management or Project Management or Project Leader.
