This is a hands-on & strategic role where you'll be the pioneer of product management & partner with the founder to turn ideas into a focused, scalable web & mobile app.
You’ll lay the foundation, set the standards, and shape the product direction - with the opportunity to build a unified platform that can scale across countries and future product lines.

You’ll lay the foundation, set the standards, and shape the product direction - with the opportunity to build a unified platform that can scale across countries and future product lines.
What You'll Do.
- Define direction, core systems, and scalable foundations
- Build and validate the points, rewards, and engagement model that drives retention
- Translate strategy into clear requirements, prioritise effectively, and manage engineering/design delivery
- Run UAT, customer tests, and feedback loops to ensure stable releases and strong user experience
- Oversee identity, data integrity, CRM/Shopify integrations, and track key product metrics
What You Bring.
- Min. 5 years in product management / product strategy. Preferably with prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry
- Experience shipping mobile app and web-app
- Experience working with engineering teams (internal or outsourced)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: background in loyalty programs, rewards ecosystems, Shopify, or CRM tools
