  • Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
  • Closes the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs.
  • Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel and prioritize up-selling.
  • Gains understanding of the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions.
  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with the sales department to help identify leads and convert leads to confirmed bookings.
  • Supervising group reservations and assist in monitoring group reservation forecast data.
  • Coordinates with sales and Convention Services to process rooming lists and reservation cards.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information in company or travel agent databases related to client data, reservations, payments and other records.
  • To ensure a perfect knowledge of room types and rates structure among the reservation team.
  • Customer Relationship Management
