Manager, Risk Management

• Perform risk assessments on each of the functions, departments, and divisions of the company e.g., processes, products, reserving and investment.

• Responsible for managing the Company’s compliance risk program to ensure that the non-compliance risk events are minimized.

• Provide support to the Chief Risk Officer in maintaining an open and effective working relationship with the regulators, external auditors, senior management and other stakeholders.

• Support the company’s sustainability risk management and climate stress testing and scenario analysis.

• Provide financial and operational risk expertise and advisory to business units from risk identification to monitoring in accordance with the company’s risk policies and standards.

• Drive the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities and integrate ERM with business risk management.

• Promote and develop risk culture and awareness in the company.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Actuarial / Insurance / Risk Management or other relevant filed of studies.

• Minimum 8 years of experience Enterprise Risk Management, in the following related functions Financial Risk, Insurance Risk, ERM and / or Operational Risk.

• Knowledge of Sustainability Risk Management would be an added advantage.

• Knowledgeable in key business functions and good understanding of the key risks.

• Possess problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills, analytical and technical skills.

• Strong relationship, management, interpersonal & time management skills.

• Skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Programming and data analytics.
