- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance patient care, and promote continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare-related work, preferably in a hospital.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards (MSQH, JCI, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and change-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
