As a Manager, Supply Chain Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimize supply chain operations, including import/export, order processing, and customer service, while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Management of supply chain of finished goods, importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, inventory management, supply chain processes, third party logistic management and distribution to end customers.
  • Provide shared services to support renal service provider business in invoicing, purchase order and inventory management
  • Lead in executing local/region/global strategic plan. Drive change management in local country and collaboration with Regional/Global to drive successful implementation in country.
  • Lead and manage a high-performance culture in the function, managing a team of supply chain and customer service personnel who execute importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, third party logistic & distribution to end customers.
  • Administrate, identify, steer and implement continuous improvement initiative that optimize service levels, maximize sales & profitability and supporting dynamic business model and changing market conditions.
  • Guide and direct supply chain by creating a collaborative, innovative and result-oriented environment. Support career development and skill development to ensure job satisfaction, retention and future talent development. Address low performer and re-development program with HR.
  • Supply chain processes in support supply chain and business objectives.
  • Meet with suppliers/service providers to discuss issues and performance. Evaluate suppliers/service providers’ processes and partners with suppliers to establish best in class performance.
  • Accountable for maximizing service level to provide best in class service in market. Proactively identifies service level issue and work on improvement to resolve service level issues.
  • Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support strategic initiatives both within supply chain organization and cross business units.
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain or related.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in function of demand planning, inventory management, order processing, customer service, logistics management & distribution.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of experience in people management skill.
  • Good ERP knowledge. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with Good Storage Practice as prescribed by the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau of the Ministry of Health & Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) will be an added advantage.
