Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, release
• Also take ownership for Test equipment stability sustaining and improvement including but not limited to equipment setting/qualification/PM etc
• Would also need to work on spare management
• Coach and lead technician team for equipment normal sustaining and production running
• Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, release
• Test equipment stability (EQ setup, buy off, PM)
• Spare management
• Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems related equipment.
• Liaison with IFX global counterparts to ensure a good communication and timely support from the overseas;
• Extend working scope to engage into new subcons different testers enabling by leverage Unisem Chengdu experience.
• Coach new members and technician team for machine sustaining.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor Degree and above with 5 years working in experience semiconductor industry
• Experience in Subcontractors management.
• Experience in Device Testing ,Processes and Procedures or technology development
• Familiar with tester setting up/qualification/sustaining etc.
• Understanding of assembly equipment and process
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production trends and strategy
• Interfaces with other Functional team (Planning, Logistics, Product Eng., Test Development Eng., Quality) and Subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics)
• Project management skills and knowledge of product development processes
