Job Responsibility
- Customer Support & Service â Deliver personalized assistance to high-value clients via inbound calls, emails, and live chat. Handle escalated inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Operational Excellence â Monitor service metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and propose continuous improvements. Ensure all documentation and account setups comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Compliance & Risk Management â Stay informed on banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures to maintain full compliance
- Education Background â Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in any field
- Call Center Experience â At least 6 months of experience in a call center or contact center environment
- Language Requirement â Fluent in English and Mandarin (must be able to speak, read, and write both languages)
- Technical Skills â Computer literate with basic tech proficiency
- Relocation â Must be willing to relocate to Petaling Jaya
- Work Schedule â Open to working on a rotational shift basis
- Training Provided â Comprehensive onboarding and role-based training included
- Convenient Location â Office is close to public transportation for easy commute
- Language Allowance â Additional compensation for language proficiency where applicable
- Work Schedule â Standard 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday)
- Statutory Contributions â Full EPF and SOCSO compliance in accordance with Malaysian labor laws
