Job Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide prompt, accurate solutions to all customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
- Adhere strictly to the companyâs customer service standards.
- Manage high call volumes with confidence and composure.
- Resolve customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage necessary documentation.
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Open to Fresh Graduates â SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency â Must be able to speak and read in both Mandarin and English.
- Customer Service Experience â Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic Computer Skills â Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use.
- Strong Communication Skills â Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Shift Flexibility â Willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Work Schedule â 5 working days per week.
- Willing work in Rotational Shift (between 7am till 3am), 9 hour/shift.
