Job Responsibility
- Treatment Planning â Create customized treatment plans independently using proprietary 3D software with precision and efficiency
- Case Analysis â Review patient data such as scans, x-rays, photos, and prescriptions to develop clinically sound strategies
- Tooth Movement Design â Set tooth positions and movement stages according to internal clinical protocols for best outcomes
- Collaboration â Work closely with Quality Control and clinical experts to refine plans that meet internal standards and doctor expectations
- Working Hours â Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Open to Fresh Graduates â No prior experience required; newcomers are welcome
- Language Requirement â Fluent Mandarin is a must; English proficiency is an added advantage
- Probation Structure â 3-month probation, including 1 month of training
- Educational Background â Minimum qualification: Diploma in any discipline
- Annual Leave (AL) â Entitlement begins post-probation, starting with 8 days, plus 1 additional day for each full year of service
- Medical Coverage â Covered under AIA, with access to panel clinics and hospitalization benefits
- Probation Period â A total of 3 months, which includes around 1 month of onboarding and training
- KPI During Training â Key performance indicators remain applicable throughout the training phase
- Statutory Contributions â Fully aligned with EPF, SOCSO, and all applicable Malaysian labor regulations as a public listed company
