Location: Johor (Open to relocation tentatively by March 2026)

About the Role
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering great service? We’re looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at Teleperformance Malaysia!
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive experience.
What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
Provide accurate information and effective solutions
Document customer interactions and update records
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
Collaborate with your team to meet service goals and KPIs
What You’ll Bring
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and good English communication
Experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage — but fresh graduates are welcome!
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
Currently in Johor or open to relocating
