Job Responsibility

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through registration, account verification, and setup, ensuring a smooth transition to their first transaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor early-stage engagement metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and.NET Promoter Score (NPS) to enhance customer experience.
  • Compliance & Verification: Ensure all client records meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations within designated timeframes.
  • Data Accuracy: Oversee the completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation.
  • Risk Management: Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients to maintain compliance and security standards.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Language: Proficient in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
  • Experience: At least 2 years in onboarding, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Customer Handling: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle queries professionally.
  • Soft Skills: Emotional intelligence, ability to stay calm under pressure, and analytical thinking.
  • Attitude: Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
  • Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7).
