Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated region, focusing on clients who require Mandarin language support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Zoomlion's construction and agricultural machinery.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, keeping them informed of progress and potential challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and share insights with the sales team.
- Possess a Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory; a strong drive to learn and succeed in sales is highly valued.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to various work locations as required.
- Immediate availability to join the team is an added advantage.
