Job Responsibility
- Initiate & Respond to Sales Calls: Contact potential clients and respond to inquiries to promote premium automotive products and services, aiming to achieve sales targets.
- Identify Needs & Recommend Solutions: Assess customer requirements, propose suitable options, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Handle Objections & Finalize Sales: Address concerns confidently and apply effective closing techniques to secure deals.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update client details, monitor sales activities, and manage appointments using CRM systems.
- Minimum SPM; Fresh graduates are often encouraged to apply.
- Willing to do sales
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken; reading & writing may be required). Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Able to perform cold calling, handle objections, close sales, and meet KPIs.
- Willing to start the job immediately.
- Training Provided
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm)
- Annual leave/Medical leave
- Near to public transport.
