Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of sanitation to ensure all work carried out adheres in achieving department’s key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost.
• Lead, coach and engage the team to excel in set standards for operation and in the routines associated with 4M's+E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment).
• Control and manage overall sanitation operation to meet the KPI & Provide immediate corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement and growth mindset and behaviors that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment and Quality.
• Ensure sanitation’s SOP are flawlessly executed, sanitation conditions and quality control are met, troubleshoots, and resolve sanitation standard deviations.
• Plans and allocates plant resources to meet daily operation requirements, and within budget.
• Coordinate with respective operation departments to manage all routine maintenance, scheduled maintenance and overall sanitation improvements.
• Troubleshoots and resolve sanitation issues related to OEE achievements.
• Manages total controllable cost of the sanitation improvements,
• Develop competencies of the team as aligned with Operational Excellence team and Senior Manager Manufacturing.
• Support and take part on Continuous Improvement with operation teams to eliminate wastages & losses.
• Utilize both internal and external resources (suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate team) to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes.
• Ensure processes & equipment are compliant with all internal and external regulations.
• Empowerment to build up team members accountability and leadership.
• Conduct performance review with subordinates to assure departmental direction and objectives are met.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading team, preferably at manufacturing / production with sanitation environment.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• The ability to interact with and lead diverse group, including managers, technician, operators and subject matter experts.
• Strong technical understanding of GMP and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analysis and decision making skills.

• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good understanding of value stream mapping, cost drivers in operations and performance management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech with all levels of company management and with other internal and external contacts.
