Manufacturing Partner Quality Manager

GN Manufacturing Partner Quality is currently on a look out for an exceptional, openminded, devoted and hardworking team member in Malacca / Johor.

You will get your hands on the following exciting tasks:

• Monitor the implementation of factory management system (FMS) in Manufacturing Partners.
• Process Sign Off (PSO), Production line audit confirmation.
• Drive solution of manufacturing related issue.
• CAR & 8D follow up.
• FPY & ECO implementation monitoring in Manufacturing Partners.
• Coordinating Manufacturing Partners to perform regular verification test ensuring production quality.
• IQC/QOC/OBA implementation and optimization in Manufacturing Partners.
• Lead or join all Manufacturing Partners audits.
• Drive continuous improvement action plans (for FPY and factory maturity).
• Support key customer visits & audits.
  
  

A strong professional skill and communication and coordination ability individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:

• Former experience in electronic products manufacturing is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ quality management experience in electronic consumer products.
• ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma knowledge.
• Be skillful in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
• Critical thinking mindset
• Good communication skill
• Organized and structured work approach
• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering discipline is must. Formal training in Quality System is preferred.
• Familiar with the 7 QC tools method and tools related to failure analysis, such as FMEA.
