• Responsible for smooth operation of production by troubleshooting and follow-up on gloves quality
• Plan, organize and control manpower
• Maintain production schedules and supervise production operation
• Direct and motivate manufacturing employees in all aspects affecting their job performance
• Diploma / Certificate in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the rubber gloves manufacturing field
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
