- Collaborate with Finance, Program Owners, and Partner Marketing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in internal audit, external audit, or compliance/risk management (experience in marketing funds, channel incentives, or POP audit highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), risk-based auditing methodologies, and SOX-like requirements.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with Power BI, ACL, or similar audit tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative to improve processes and drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a multinational environment and familiarity with global marketing programs is an advantage.
If you are passionate about governance, risk, and compliance in a high-visibility marketing ecosystem and want to make a direct impact on the integrity of multi-million-dollar partner programs, this POP Audit Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for growth.
