- 制定並實施符合業務目標的行銷和溝通計畫。
- 管理公司的社群媒體形象，增加追蹤者，並提高參與度。
- 在數位和印刷平台（例如社交媒體、網站、電子郵件簡報、小冊子）上創建、編輯和分發引人入勝的內容。
- 監控、分析和報告行銷活動和溝通的有效性。
- 撰寫和編輯部落格文章。
- 執行電子郵件行銷活動以分發內容。
- 圖形設計，並進行照片和影片編輯。
- 管理和更新公司網站。
- 監督企業形象的管理並更新公司品牌指南。
- 協調並製作社論式廣告。
- 開發行銷資料。
- 進行市場調查以確定競爭對手的活動、行業趨勢和客戶偏好。
- 媒體與網站、平面設計、多媒體或相關領域。
- 熟練使用Canva、Adobe Photoshop、CapCut、Adobe Premiere Pro等行銷軟體、AI工具、Webflow、WordPress等網站平台。
- 深入了解數位行銷工具和社群媒體平台。
- SEO 和網路分析的基本知識。
- 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力以及人際交往能力。
- 以團隊為導向，具有創造性和戰略思維。
- 能夠在規定時間內完成多項任務並確定目標的優先順序。
- 強大的時間管理和組織能力。
- 分析和解決問題的能力。
- 結構化和批判性思考。
