Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, grow followers, and improve engagement.
- Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across digital and print platforms (e.g., social media, website, email newsletters, brochures).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications.
- Write and edit blog article.
- Execute email marketing campaigns for content distribution.
- Graphic design, and perform photo and video editing.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Oversee the management of corporate identity and update company branding guide.
- Coordinate and produce advertorials.
- Develop marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activity, industry trends, and client preferences.
- Media & Website, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in marketing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, AI tools, website platforms such as Webflow and WordPress etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Ability to multitask within deadlines and prioritize goals.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and critical thinking.
