Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate will ensure a cohesive brand identity, consistent messaging, and strategic positioning across all touchpoints. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing budgets, and serving as the spokesperson for our brand. If you have a proven track record in brand management, strategic thinking, and a passion for cultivating relationships in events and PR, we invite you to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance brand equity, awareness, and relevance.
  • Ensure that consistent messaging and visual identity are maintained across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand strategy into marketing, communications, and product development initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer preferences.
  • Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment for brand initiatives.
  • Act as the spokesperson for the brand, representing it in media interactions and building relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated success in a Brand Manager role or similar position.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in events management and PR.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail in brand representation.
