Marketing Assistants / Executive

About the role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant / Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will play a crucial part in the company's marketing and communications efforts.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print
• Coordinating and supporting the planning and delivery of marketing events and initiatives
• Creating and updating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and website content
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the property or tourism or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A creative mindset and an eye for design
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
