Job Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support and Execution: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising. Help ensure campaigns align with the brand's goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Write and design content for digital platforms (social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials) that resonate with the brand's target audience.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor activity. Provide insights to the marketing team for new campaign ideas or product positioning.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Email Marketing: Help create and schedule email campaigns, segment email lists, and track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Event Promotion: Help coordinate and promote events such as product launches, sales, and influencer partnerships, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across various platforms, providing detailed analytics and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborations: Support the marketing team in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and brand guidelines are followed.
• Video Production and Editing: Capture short videos, perform basic video editing, and edit and create visuals, ensuring content is optimized for various digital platforms.

Job Requirements:
