Job Purpose:

Due to the company’s business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing consultant to enhance our brand identity and optimize customer relationships. The ideal candidate will develop and implement branding strategies, manage customer data, and leverage CRM tools to foster customer loyalty and engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Create and implement branding strategies that align with the company’s goals and resonate with our target audience.

  • Plan and execute branding campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and optimizing for better performance.
  • Focus on identifying and engaging potential new customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer perceptions, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for brand enhancement and informing branding initiatives
  • Analyse feedback/data to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • To work with relevant stakeholders and departments such as the Supply Chain, Retail Operation, Admin and Accounts in ensuring marketing campaigns are properly executed.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments.
  • Analyse customer data to identify patterns and insights; and leverage this information to enhance customer relationship management strategies.
  • Stay updated about industry trends and CRM best practices to ensure our processes and procedures are optimized.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing a new market.
  • Successful record of developing and implementing customer relations strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skill.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams like marketing and product development and integrate customer feedback into the company’s strategies and initiatives.
  • A customer-centric attitude to handle challenging client situations.
  • Prior experience managing a team of customer service representatives.
  • Soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and empathy.
  • Strong teamwork to encourage team spirit among group members.
