- Craft and execute marketing strategies that boost our brand presence and attract new talent.
- Run recruitment-focused campaigns across social media, job platforms, and company channels.
- Produce creative content — from videos to posters — that showcase our culture and achievements.
- Work closely with HR and Sales to align marketing efforts with hiring and business goals.
- Manage our digital presence to ensure consistent, engaging brand storytelling.
- Promote company events, incentive trips, and branch openings with strong visual impact.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to bring campaigns to life.
- Monitor performance metrics and fine-tune strategies to maximize engagement.
- Build audience connections through email campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Uphold a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of marketing experience will have an added advantage.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written), as the role involves frequent content creation and collaboration within a Mandarin-speaking team.
- Creative, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about branding, recruitment marketing, and real estate industry trends.
- Able to work closely with the Business Development and Recruitment team to align marketing strategies with company goals.
