Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 4,000+（Based on Experience & Performance）

What You Will Do
Design high-impact social media ads (images, captions, banners, short videos)
Plan & manage Facebook / Instagram / TikTok Ads
Optimize targeting, budget & creatives to improve conversion
Track and analyze ROI / ROAS
Work closely with sales team to turn ads into real results
Test, learn, improve — continuously

What We Are Looking For
Understand digital ads, not just design
Know how to create attention-grabbing creatives
Familiar with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads (experience preferred)
Basic understanding of marketing funnel & customer behavior
Responsible, proactive, result-oriented
