Job Responsibility

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fitness events, tradeshows, and exhibitions, including managing logistics, vendor communication, and on-site setup.
  • Marketing Collateral: Prepare marketing gifts, promotional materials, and giveaways for events and client engagements.
  • Content Creation: Take professional-quality photos of fitness facilities after equipment installations to showcase successful projects.
  • Social Media Support: Collaborate with the team to create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and event highlights.
  • Vendor Liaison: Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and event requirements.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and gifts, and ensure they are replenished as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and installation teams to align marketing activities with company goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic photography skills and a good eye for aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic graphic design tasks.
  • Experience coordinating events and managing vendors is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for fitness and familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus.
