Job Responsibility
Language Requirements
- Assist the Brand Manager in planning and budgeting for the annual marketing calendar.
- Support the development and execution of creative marketing launch plans aligned with the brandâs vision and objectives.
- Executing and manage the marketing and sales promotion campaigns aligned with the approved launch plans to maximize sales and brand awareness.
- Initiating and monitor continuous, innovative & cost-effective product features and partnerships with print media, social media influencers.
- Performing basic and simple tasks on Creative and Design(Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop)
- Monitor and ensure that brand visuals and product merchandising are up to date by weekly or monthly counter visits.
- Working closely with Sales Team to ensure that product launches, promotions, and other brand activities are effectively carried out with great impact on sales and brand objectives.
- Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ bachelorâs degree in marketing/ business studies/ Mass communication from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in executing A&P, Mass Communication, and Marketing
- Preferable from FMCG background but not mandatory
- Excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Proactive, passionate and have a sense of urgency
- Pleasant personality, good presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities also critical to the success of this role.
- Knowledgeable in (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop)

- Required: No
- Advantageous: YesWhile Mandarin is not mandatory, proficiency is an advantage when dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients or campaigns.
