Assist in executing marketing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. • Team Support & Relationship Building
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client needs and objectives are effectively communicated and met.
• Facilitate inventory management of production props, office supplies, client products, and merchandise.
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with internal teams to promote effective communication and teamwork.
• Campaign Execution
• Support in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, advertising, and content creation.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance metrics and gather data for analysis.
• Contribute insights to optimize campaign effectiveness based on data analysis.
• Influencer Management
• Source and communicate with influencers, aligning job scopes and expectations.
• Facilitate successful payment processing upon completion of influencer tasks.
• Gather and analyze influencer performance data, contributing insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and prepare reports.
• Community Management
• Review and respond to comments on social media platforms.
• Gather feedback from community interactions and prepare reports for analysis.
• Manage community engagement activities such as contests, including entry processing and winner liaison.
• Facilitate prize deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment of prizes.
• Website Data Management:
• Manage content updates and conduct simple technical edits for the client's website, EDMs, etc.
• Assist in monitoring website function and gather data for troubleshooting and communicate with developers for resolution.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure functionality and user experience optimization.
