Job Description:
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Executive with a primary focus on creating digital content to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective digital content strategies, be a self-starter, and thrive in a remote work environment. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving our digital content initiatives, enhancing our online presence, and increasing customer engagement through compelling and innovative content. You will play a crucial role in creating brand love and loyalty with our customers. We need someone who takes initiative and can work independently without needing constant guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital content strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Create, manage, and oversee high-quality digital content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and marketing.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive content.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Manage digital content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Foster a sense of brand love and loyalty among customers through engaging and relatable content.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for content and marketing strategies without needing direct oversight.
  • Open to travelling and joining the local team for onsite events to support marketing initiatives and engage with customers directly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or Digital Content Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of digital content strategies and tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in FMCG and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with video production and editing tools.
