Marketing Executive (Food Industry)

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a passion for food, creativity, and brand storytelling to drive consumer engagement and growth. You’ll help shape campaigns, manage social media, support content creation, and coordinate product launches for our popcorn range across online and retail channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote popcorn products via digital, retail, and experiential channels.
• Manage social media content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), focusing on trends, UGC, and snack culture.
• Assist in planning and launching new flavors and seasonal offerings with strong storytelling and packaging input.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to create fun, engaging, and on-brand content.
• Coordinate in-store activations, sampling campaigns, and event marketing.
• Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign analytics and generate reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from packaging to digital ads.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in food marketing, FMCG, or CPG preferred. However fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong grasp of social media marketing and short-form content trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, and Google Analytics.
• Passion for food, snacks, or lifestyle branding is a must.
• Good written and oral communication skills; in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
