- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign success and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other departments to craft effective marketing strategies.
- Communicate with customers and network with industry contacts to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in promotional and marketing activities.
- Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, including digital marketing and social media.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
