Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders (clients, vendors, influencers) by providing dedicated support and service
- Aid in the execution of social media campaigns by collaborating with clients and influencers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Help manage campaign timelines, learning to troubleshoot and address any arising issues
- Contribute to building and nurturing relationships with influencers within the Sevenvault network
- Support senior team members in staying updated on industry trends and changes in influencer marketing landscape
- Assist in event planning and execution, offering support during unexpected challenges or crisis situations
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma, preferably in a related field
- Passionate about social media and influencer marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks effectively
- Adaptability and willingness to learn under pressure
- Ability to assist in problem-solving and contribute ideas in a team environment
