📍 Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
💰 Allowance: RM1000/month + KPI-Based Incentives 绩效奖金
🕒 Duration: 3–6 months (Flexible based on academic requirements 可配合学业安排)

🎯 Main Responsibilities 工作范围:

1. Lead Generation via Social Media 社交媒体广告投放
• Assist in creating and running Facebook Ads to attract prospective students. 协助设计和执行 Facebook 广告，吸引潜在客户
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements. 监控广告成效，提出改进建议
2. Social Media Content & Posting 内容创作与发布
• Help with creating, designing, and scheduling content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. 帮忙制作 IG / FB / TikTok 的贴文内容和视觉设计
• Support engagement activities (comments, replies, DMs). 安排发帖时间、回复留言与私信，提高互动率
3. Email Marketing 电子邮件营销
• Assist in preparing and sending email campaigns to leads and enquiries. 准备并发送 Email Campaign，锁定潜在客户
• Track open rates and follow up accordingly. 追踪邮件开信率，进行后续跟进
4. WhatsApp Marketing WhatsApp 营销
• Send broadcast messages and follow-ups via WhatsApp Business. 使用 WhatsApp Business 群发信息 & 客户沟通
• Maintain communication logs and respond to queries. 整理对话记录，确保每一位潜在客户都被照顾到
5. Online Webinar Promotion 线上讲座推广
• Help market and coordinate virtual info sessions/webinars. 协助宣传和执行线上说明会／Webinar
• Manage sign-ups and send reminders to attendees. 处理报名、发送提醒、确保活动顺利进行

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Students currently pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Possess skills in graphic design & video making.
• Good command of English, Malay (spoken & written); other languages, especially Mandarin, are a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and eager to learn.
