Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develops 4Ps marketing strategies for each newly developed product
• Conduct Marketing Research for discovering new business and new product opportunities
• Coach and provide strategic vision (direction) to Marketing team on the future of NEW market creation/ NEW business creation
• Creating innovative culture, bonding and teamwork spirit among team member to Brainstorm with Marketing team and R&D team by generating out of the box of NEW product ideas including Identify new target market and new target product to penetrate the industry market
• Build a NEW product road map, plan together with Marketing team and R&D team to ensure product strong presence in the market
• Monitor progress of each NEW product development / NEW market creation progress from related member (R&D, Purchasing, etc)
• To grow and bring up Marketing team to next level including providing career growth direction
• To train and groom Marketing team’s skills on product innovation and marketing
• Create sales growth strategy as well as program to bring the business to the next level
• Assemble and empower team for each growth strategy execution
• Strengthen and nurture existing business including making proposal of revamping old business model and creating new business model to improve business profitability and revenue
• Creating short-term and long-term action plan for contribution of company growth
• Making sure the plans are executed to achieve yearly goals through out monthly and weekly activities
• Organize and follow up regular meeting with South Asia countries to create new Area Niche Top theme
• Sharing best practices (Yokoten) and coach South Asia countries team on the new Area Niche Top theme creation
• Conduct market survey in South Asia countries for particular new Area Niche Top creation
• Establish strategies for Area Niche Top creation, new product launch in South Asia, channel expansion in South Asia
• Monthly presentation and reporting to South Asia MD
• Ensure the adaptation and implementation of Quality System, Safety & Environment including 5S to support business strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years working experience in the related marketing field experience
• Passionate about innovation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
• Able to work under pressure, self-driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
