The post holder is responsible for supporting the Campus Principal in all matters relating to marketing and communications.

ISP Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibility 1: To demonstrate successful planning and execution across marketing and communications
- Lead the annual Marketing & Admissions planning process within the school to ensure optimum brand awareness and lead generation activities within local competitive environment.
- Support the annual target and fee-setting process within the school.
- Proactively manage the content, media, event and marketing plans for the school, including analysis of efficiency & effectiveness and budget management.
- Produce digital and print publications within schools following regional guidelines, organising photography/videography shoots and design/editorial content where required.
- Demonstrate continual improvement of promotional campaigns to achieve the required levels of enquiry, application, acceptance and enrolment rates in schools.
- Oversee content of the school website, ensuring current and engaging information for prospective and current families to enhance user experience.
- Leverage all appropriate content, media and PR opportunities.
- Ensure ‘Amazing Learning’ is at the centre of marketing and PR initiatives.
- Act as school representative with the media for both proactive and reactive media communications.
- Oversee school marketing activities improving alumni, stakeholder, parent, student and staff engagement.
- Ensure schools regularly conduct market research.
- Help schools to engage stakeholders to complete the yearly surveys with increased completion and advocacy rates.
- Help define and consistently communicate schools’ stories, USPs and ‘Wows’.
- Share learnings and best practices with Marketing & Admissions teams in other Tenby Schools.
- Working in collaboration with the Regional team and school, ensure the optimum
- blend of lead generation activity across digital, event, outreach & partnership and other media channels.
- Work closely with the Regional team and Digital agency to ensure the right levels of brand awareness and lead generation activity.
- Work in partnership with the Admissions team to assess and oversee the successful execution of Event activity and Outreach & Partnership initiatives.
- Build relationships with key Publishers, Influencers and Media Owners to assess and leverage appropriate school opportunities.
- Brand across design and editorial both on and offline.
- Own brand guidelines, supporting design and editorial control for a consistent Tenby Schools experience throughout the Marketing cycle from Awareness to Advocacy.
- Develop the school narrative, key messages, stories and calls to action across all school communication channels (including Social Channels, Newsletters, EDMs etc) and associated third party media.
- Work with the Admissions teams to ensure the school brand and key messages are appropriately reflected in Admissions collateral.
- Understand the target audience of current and prospective families to ensure the right message is communicated to the right audience via the most relevant channel.
- Work with the schools in ways that help them ensure that all colleagues in the school are working to achieve and demonstrate ISP’s purposes and principles
- Work with schools to ensure that all colleagues are actively looking for and implementing ways to communicate leadership of learning around the world.
- Ensure that your school’s existing practices are as demonstrably as up-to-date as possible and are based on good evidence.
- Educated to Degree/Master level.
- Qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience in the Education industry is an advantage.
- Good command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia, written and oral.
- Ability to read, write and converse Mandarin is an advantage.
