- Minimum 3 years experience
- Lead / Organized at least 1-3 digital and offline campaigns
- High mastery in analytical skills
- Strong ability to identify market trends and market needs
- Experienced in managing social media accounts
- Equipped with Graphic Design skills, Video Editing, etc using software like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Budget and resource management
- Excellent communication skills, collaborate effectively across different departments
- Optimistic team player that loves development challenges
