Your Role
- To coordinate, schedule, organize and plan events.
- Work with superior on work plan, events calendar and budget and monitor progress with related organization.
- Liaise with government, NGOâs third party vendor and monitor cooperation.
- Skills in media management, such as content creation and video editing.
- Responsible for delivering and conducting company in good image to corporate agencies.
- Any other ad hoc tasks requested by superior in the area of event, exhibition or department.
- To carry out different area of work assignment from time to time as and when directed by the Director.
Our Expectations:
- Possesses minimum Diploma in Business/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship/ Event Management/ Tourism or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Openness to receiving feedback and learning from more experienced team members.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experienced in organizing events.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Passionate about fashion/fitness.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
