Job Description
- Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for online channels.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to improve online strategies.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost online visibility and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all ecommerce activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) within the FMCG industry (preferred qualifications would be experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
