Main Responsibilities

  • Data entry; creating and modifying entries in customer and vendor databases
  • Data authentication; ensuring the authenticity of received data by cross-checking with the relevant platforms, i.e. VAT identification & IBAN checking websites
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of data via company Treasury Management System.
  • Resolve irregularities and assisting to resolve any discrepancies pertaining to vendor/customer-related entries.
  • Responsible for keeping proper daily record for all data management functions through working with operations/accounts payable & credit control teams
  • Any other duties as required

Experience

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Understanding of data management & bank reconciliation

Other Skills (Computer Skills, Etc)

  • Professional, self-motivated, “hands-on”
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to priorities tasks and respond quickly to spot issues
  • Proficient in use of technology particularly Excel and Word, fast learner of other systems
  • Good communication / interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Highly self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Academics

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management or equivalent
