Material Coordinator / Expeditor

Job Description :

• Device the most optimized logistic strategy and plan using Microsoft Project in achieving projects targets/schedule, especially to ensure logistic requirements is met and align with offshore campaign
• To establish project logistic KPI’s and performance indicators. To prose and implement logistic improvement plan as and when required
• Track and monitor logistic activities on weekly basis using planning tool Microsoft Project.
• To generate weekly logistic & progress report for all the on-going projects in PoP.
• Closely interface with project, IAP and offshore teams to plan on logistics arrangement and requirement
• Act as main focal point to coordinate and make logistic arrangement with logistic and marine department for shipment and personnel transfer to fabrication yard, Labuan and/or offshore

Qualification :

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Skilled in Shell GLMS
• Skilled in computer basic applications and Planning tool, ie, Microsoft Project

Work Experience :

• Working experience in administration and logistic coordination.
• Excellent in administration and shipment expediting & tracking
• Excellent in HSE management especially in shipping/marine and PPE requirement for material & personnel movement to Offshore
• Excellent communication and able to manage work with team members across different function
• Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to deal effectively with bother internal and external stakeholders.
• Applicant with past working experience in managing both Shell and PCSB-SKO logistic requirement will be an added advantage

• Fit to work at Offshore (must have)
• Speak and write in Malay and English
