Materials Handler

Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey We are currently looking for a Materials Handler to join our on‑site operations team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in warehouse processes, with a strong focus on quality and compliance Location: Subang area Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on incoming materials to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Work closely with the Supervisor, 3PL partners, and vendors to investigate and resolve issues related to non‑conforming materials.
• Pick, issue, and replenish materials to the production floor in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct regular stock counts according to agreed schedules.
• Provide support for Procurement team on technical issues that arise before or during the process of buying materials for orders or warehouse stock.
• Collaborate with the customer on scrap and expired inventory disposition, identify root causes, and communicate preventive measures.
• Monitor temperature recording devices on storage units (i.e. freezers).
• Support On-Site Operations Supervisor with day‑to‑day tasks when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar environment.
• Basic understanding of material handling and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Good communication skills, ability to follow SOPs and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
