Measurement & Report Senior Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Measurement and Reporting Senior Analyst who will play a key role in tracking and analyzing contractual metrics and operational KPIs. This individual should be adept at generating insightful reports, designing user-friendly dashboards and collaborating across a heavily matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to facilitate discussions and adaptability to change within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accuracy and efficiency.

Develop new dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

Conduct analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Automate reporting processes to minimize manual efforts and improve efficiency.

Maintain governance around performance metrics by engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Act as an individual contributor or lead a team, driving performance and reporting accuracy.

Forecasting: Utilize historical data and trends to predict future performance metrics and operational KPIs. Develop models to forecast business outcomes and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience.

Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis.

Strong ability to design user-friendly Excel dashboards with clear visualization.

Experience creating meaningful presentations using PowerPoint for executive reporting.

Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for enhanced reporting solutions.

Basic automation skills, including VBA Macros to streamline data processing.

Familiarity with Finance & Accounting (F&A), and Insurance Operations processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a polished and professional presence.

Experience in reporting contractual metrics and operational KPIs to meet business objectives.

Ability to facilitate discussions and work effectively in virtual teams.

Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to organizational changes.
