- 協助並向專案組長報告：
- 進行初步規劃、準備設計概念和成本估算。
- 就專案提交和批准與外部各方（主管部門、客戶、承包商）進行聯絡。
- 技術接口。
- 在合約管理中。
- 準備及管理機電合約、招標流程、準備相關文件、圖面、規格、計算等。
- 監控及管理專案各階段的及時實施。
- 參加所有必要的專案會議、現場檢查、測試和調試
- 提出想法或領導團隊推動部門內流程和績效的持續改善。
- 根據管理階層的要求履行其他職責。
- 必須至少擁有工程領域或同等領域的學士學位。
- 該職位要求至少 2 年相關工作經驗（M&E 顧問）。
- 具有良好的語言能力；能夠用英語和馬來語書寫和說話。
- 能夠說普通話將是一個額外的優勢。
- 積極主動、樂於學習、勤奮工作、注重成果、具備團隊合作精神。
- 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 具有獨立工作的能力。
- 必要時願意出差。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
