We are looking for a meticulous and focused Insights writer to join our team. In this role, you will analyze issues from social media and media related to your clients daily and produce preliminary reports. Your insights will help the team identify trends, assess public sentiment, and inform decision-making. This position is full-time and may require working in shifts to ensure timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from media and social media to understand daily updates on specific issues, including mentions, sentiment, and trends.
• Develop and deliver concise reports to summarize key findings.
• Monitor conversations across platforms to assess public sentiment and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Track and highlight notable changes in issue-related discussions, including volume and tone shifts.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine insights and support analysis when needed.
